Latchh Digital was born out of a shared passion for sports, events, and entertainment. Founded by Joshua Joy, Ayush Naik, and Janhavi Patil, what began as a creative pursuit quickly evolved into a full-fledged agency built on storytelling, strategy, and execution.

Ayush Naik
With a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a deep-rooted passion for the industry, Ayush has been a part of the sports and events sector since 2020. His experience spans across major platforms like Star Sports India, SonyLIV, Prime Volleyball League and more. At Latchh Digital, he leads as Co-Founder, Account Manager, and Financial Advisor, bringing structure, strategy, and sharp execution to the table.
Joshua Joy
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Joshua combines his love for sports, entertainment, and influencer culture with hands-on experience across global properties like the FIFA World Cup Qatar, JioCinema, IPL, WPL, and more. As Co-Founder, he drives Client Servicing and Business Development at Latchh, focused on creating impact and building long-term relationships with clients across the globe.
Janhavi Patil
Coming from an established background in entertainment and talent, Janhavi took a leap into sports, and never looked back. Having worked with brands like JioCinema and the Reliance Foundation, she blends her strengths in talent acquisition, team coordination, and event management. At Latchh Digital, she serves as Co-Founder and Team Manager, ensuring every project runs with both heart and hustle.
